Cancellation of Ticket; Using of App .
Recently I have booked & canceled before 2 Hours of Starting of Train. I have not received No refund. It's necessary to check cancellation Rules. For the same Journey when booking I asked Digital payment, but the Machine is not working replied by staff. Please check the system whether it's really getting Trouble or wants to Discourage the Digital payment. more

Railways are acting like a roadside vendor whose intention is to make more and more profit. Senior Citizen Concession in rail fares is removed. Trains are being run as Special Trains and very high fare is being charged. You may not receive any refund. more
