CAN THIS BE CORRECTED
This is with respect to travel by AC 2 tier. Side lower birth and upper birth in AC 2 tier are no different than AC 3 tier. The only difference is the dirty, most often not closable curtains. Birth width is less and the joint make them as uncomfortable as in 3 tier, but we pay almost 50% more. Can this be changed. Is it possible that they would charge only the same amount for these side lower birth and side upper birth the same as AC 3 tier.

Agree with this, and woder what RAC passengers face when they don't get to sleep at night, paying the same as confirmed ticket passengers. And more often than not, a ticketless or WL passenger gets a birth to sleep, while RAC passenger wonders about the seat. more
