Bureaucrats in Swachh Bharat Mission

It appears the Govt has finally woken up to get an outsider to run the Swachh Bharat Mission. Param Iyer of World bank will run the mission. I think one of the topics that has not been raised in the circle is how the bureaucracy, national, state, and municipal need to be completely shaken up to make Swachh Bharat work.

Can everyone please give views and then local circle take them to the PM. I dont think the Ministries are properly communicating to PM the citizen inputs we have been giving for the last year. more

I think the new minister himself is a bureaucrat which is a disaster. Swachh Bharat, Smart City and all other missions of this ministry are falling flat. more
bureaucracy is just doing show off for sbm more
The British-era bureaucracy needs to be completely changed. Use ex-military or military trained personnel for every mission and mission will be accomplished. more
And let the same personnel train the bureaucracy also. Our Babus know only to impress the Ministers and V.I.P.'s by keeping things spic and span. more
