BIO TOILETS IN RAILWAYS

Before changing to bio-toilets, railways must improve the flush mechanism in all the toilets. more

Leslie they don't apply the mind to convert the working model according to the numbers using and the quantum generated . more
*Before changing to bio-toilets, railways must improve the flush mechanism in all the toilets. *The MOC of the Toilet seat (SS) also need to be change to with long life-smoother material, so that cleaning is easy. more
unless we, public, commuters, cooperate with Railways and cleanliness, it is impossible for Railways to maintain these. more
very true its only creating problem, same time our population need to learn cleaniness and how to use public property. more
If bio toilets can work on planes , why cannot the same work on trains. Part of the problem is education of the users which needs to be done. Users who do not even keep toilets in their own homes clean, cannot be expected to do so in public places like trains and public toilets. Education needs to be started at the school level first by ensuring that proper and clean toilets are provided in schools and also ensure that the authorities maintain the same as well as instruct children on the need to keep the toilets clean. May be in ten or twenty years we will then be able to reach the standards of more advanced countries, and finally claim to be a developed country. Swachh Bharat will remain a pipe dream, and the thousands of crores of money claimed to have been spent on providing toilets and stopping open defecation is a total sham ( 50% or more of the funds are first syphoned off) , especially when neither water is made available in these toilets nor have proper arrangements been made for disposal of the waste. more
There is no comparision to toilets in planes and trains. there could be problem with usage by some people, but certainly that is not the real issue. The issue is in design. Railways least care about the passenger safety and comfort; it knows vey well to show on the face of ticket that 43% is borne by public. What do they mean by that. more
Is this a fact about these type of toilets ? more
