India has sent a satellite on Mars. Indian feel proud on this achievement of ISRO.

But, on the ground level we have not achieve Mangal. We will achieve Mangal if every house of India will have Mangal. Our democracy is a power of India. But we have to build a strong democratic country.

We are much behind of other countries in the world in the field of construction. It is due to our bad or say no rule is better in this sector. Congress has ruled over 60 years in India and has not fulfill his responsibility to build up this sector. Even they are also faced a problem in National harald Case.

I have booked a flat in the year 2010 in BPTP Spacio project in Sector 37D Gurgaon. I have never failed to submit my installment. My customer ID is BE59/126593. The promised date from BPTP was after 36 months This project derailed due my funds/project funds utilized by BPTP in other projects of BPTP. I have waited for 6 years for this project. Now, on 14.01.2016 I have visited to BPTP to know about the project. BPTP provide me the completion date as July 2018 (with ifs and buts). It means BPTP again need around 36 month for build this project. Why ? while the structure is on 5th to 13th floor in different towers. I can’t understand why again BPTP need it.

So, I request them to transfer my flat in any other project but Ms. Pallavi of Customer Care BPTP refuse it. That this type of transfer is not possible and their management is not agree to give this option to customers.

My second option – I request to give my fund with a saving account interest rate. But, She told me that BPTP will follow the Builder Buyer Agreement. Why ? They should follow agreement terms while customer is facing a problem due to fault of BPTP. According to BPTP they will deduct the 15% from the basic cost and 5 % the brokerage paid to agent from my funds 32 lacs. After Six year what I got from BPTP you can imagine. Nothing and BPTP again deduct the customer money. What a business.

My Third option – Ok fine everything will be according to BPTP so please mention very clearly when you will deliver the flat to me without ifs and buts. Any date is ok even Jan 2116 ( a century latter ).
But BPTP provide me the letter with ifs and buts. Again fail.

So Dear all my brothers and sisters of India, do not invest your money in any builder project upto when the GOI pass the bill. There is no rules and regulation available in this sector. While GOI is earning money in terms of service tax But not fulfilling his responsibility of making a rules.

Some of you will advise me to file a case but everyone know the period of finalization of court case in India is very long. If I file the case then I have to wait for more than 10 years.

I appeal to all of you do not invent your money in any project. The impact will be a direct loss to the builders then this business will ruin and builder has to fulfill their commitments to buyers.

Future will ask us what we have done then future will told us that we have made a week democracy because in the period of Mugals India was very good. All over world this type of business is not available as such in India. more
