Paucity and Poverty leads to various options that are in reach for Food , Clothing etc., No P.M. & No C.M. can do any thing unless the whole political and Electioneering is reformed alongwith reforms on Policing and Judiciary . Almost the governments are letting out under Robbery and Smuggling , the public and national natural properties of Mine and Forest Produces also thus making the Indian innocent people not only to Strive and Starve but also convert themselves in early decades of independence and , divert their integrity and culture too in the recent decades . This indeed summons for a Military Rule . more
1. Crack down on the mafia 2. Resettle the street children, give them useful education, food healthcare. Some foreign NGOs are doing it, so can the we. http://www.careshare.org/us/htm/menu.asp?id=2&id_modello=Street%20Kids more
Employee such children in any school or government offices to maintain garden or do cleanliness work. They will be very much obliged. Once their stomach gets fed properly, they do understand their path of life i.e. study and all. They too become a proud of nation rather than just a beggar. more
