Bed Rolls supplied in AC coaches are not clean.
I have been travelling a lot in 2013 -2014 and have already done two trips in 2015. It is observed that the bedrolls supplied to the passengers in the AC coach are not clean one. In some cases it was simply used set of Bedsheets and pillow covers. The packaging of the Bedroll indicates that Railway is intending to provide clean , fresh,hygenic bedrolls to the passengers. But somehow the monitoring system for the same is not in place or not functioning. We expect Railways will monitor and provide clean ,fresh,hygenic bedroll at the earliest. Let's take this as Swachha Bharat programme. more

Ya. True. Most of the times used bed sheets are provided. Also these days napkins/ hand towels are not provided. more

I was traveling in Gujarat Mail (Mum - Amd) in 3ac coach and was surprise to see my luggage bag and cloths eaten by rats (rodents). All the coaches should be properly pest controlled. more

The railway should improve thethe southern railway service, the trains e.g. Udyan (Mum - Blr - Mum), Netravati (Mum - Tvm - Mum) never provide hand towels, the bed rolls provided are always used one and not clean, basic hygiene is not maintained in side the compartments and fresh rooms. more
