Ban on Beef Sale will hurt Muslims

Ban on Beef Sale will hurt Muslims : it may not be, once some community objects due to their faith; it must be avoid, as we are living in multicultural society. Banning also not good, we must educate the people about our culture, ethos and ethics of life which is being neglected more

Abdul Moin Khan you are the first Muslim coming up with some actual logical response to this matter. Cows have religious belief in Hindu Tradition so Cow killing must banned in whole India without fail but other points put by you are very logical. more
The Ban on Beef that has been publicised so much by the media is a huge misleading rumour, the ban is actually on the slaughter of cows and now bullocks included, Buffalo meat also called beef is still available for sale and consumption and as such the rumour spread by organisations favoring the ban have emphasised on "BEEF" but have left out the details. more
I disagree with your statement since we have alternatives Chicken and Mutton. Chicken is even cheaper than beef. Ban will in no way affect Muslims since 90 percent of big and organised business in this industry is run by non Muslims. From raw beef to Leather all is dominated by non Muslims. Muslims are disguised by making such statements. But Government should have a solid plan to protect such animals from unnecessary killings by their owners. For example in India Male Buffaloes and bulls are either killed since they do not fetch milk or protected for few years until they sell in market. Government does not. Ha so many shelters for Human forget about any help from the Government to protect such animals. Only problems will be faced is that we shall see more street animals on road to have more accidents. This is the only effect will be felt by banning beef. more
