Bad services

Feel very bad to say that the BSNL service has become bad
Complaints are never rectified despite telling the office the same.
Would like to take up this matter with Shri. Ravi Shankar Prasad. more

I am not sure which town or state you are living. I can give my experience in Chennai. They have 3 helplines , and all of them work and attended when you make a call. It is automated and the complaints is recorded and a docket number is given. They even give the contact number of the concerned technician in case the it is not rectified . From BSNL LINES Phone up : 1500 for landline faults and 1504 for Broad Band faults. From non BSNL phones : 1800 345 1500 for LL and 1800 345 1504 for B.B. more

Hello! Prema Ganapathy (Housewife) , Madam , Regret you held a too poor opinion on BSNL in an extreme generalization . Myself a customer of the BSNL's Landline & WiFi & Broadband Services for over three decades now . BSNL is not negligent , according to me , in Services & Complaints issues . Door-step service is provided for Broadband Internet & WiFi complainable aspects from Customers . BSNL home-visiting technical personnel are always cooperative and soft-minded in their personality . My problems are swiftly attended to with good solutions . How come you confront BSNL with all negatives ? more

Energizing BSNL in terms of financial sufficiency and motivating Technical authority towards self sustenance with a forethought . This is grossly in lapse. more
