Until our dependence on Service oriented income, commission and brokerage, hoarding and black marketing, corruption is done away, the Government performance will be same. The present govt is encouraging the capitalists and enacting a drama as if they are concerned for poor, The middle class grievances are not cared for. A separate feudalistic set up of politicians has been created and they work on their own, without caring for law and ethics. The farmers and manufacturing sectors are not getting their due profits and income. This leads to frustration of public. more  

Inputs on reasons for Performance Declines: 1. The Government performance has been declining as the Bureaucrats who are supposed to implement Policy Decisions are not doing their job for reasons best known to them. 2. There is no action taken even after three years of being in power against certain persons for land deals which were highlighted during electioneering. 3. Ease of doing business is on paper only, the situation at ground level has not improved. There is no reduction in Corruption. 4. Make in India is not visible and employment generation is at stand still. 5. Promises to Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities, made in Election Manifesto of BJP have not been delivered even after 3 years. 6. Government is reducing rate of interest on the Welfare Scheme, Senior Citizens Savings Scheme 2004 every quarter. The rate has come down to 8.3% from 9.3%. This scheme was started by Government to provide a regular income stream to Non Govt. Retirees with interest rate of 9% in 2004. After 11 years the rate was increased to 9.3% in April 2015 to take care of inflation. The maximum deposit allowed is Rs.15 Lakhs and interest is taxable. 7. The rate of interest on SCSS 2004, should be increased to 10% in view of rising prices and rising cost of health care. The Retirees who do not get pension were depending on interest income for their day to day expenses. More than 10 crore old persons are being subjected to Burre Din as their income has come down. 8. Bureaucrats are only interested in increasing their pay and allowance and that of Govt. Pensioners, as they will also be retiring in future. more  

1. Employment strategies to be defined and implemented by local MLA in his constituency i.e. getting corporate and SME and educational institutes at one place 2. On the spot job offers to be made for suitable candidates 3. Focus on rural areas for conducting such "Job Melas" 4. Enormous opportunity for jobs available - local representatives to be appointed (preferably corporate professionals having skill development experience) who would be working closely with local MLA to facilitate in co-ordinating with corporate and academia for job fairs 5. Government through NSDA or NSDC should give interest free loan to professionals who would like to devote their career to this cause. Government can decide on a payment structure related to getting employment for the un-employed 6. On corruption have an open helpline where any citizen can report corruption - subsequently action should be taken and the citizens should know what has been done to punish and ensure no repeat would take place - government has not been able to create a visibility on this front 6. Ex defense officers and their children can be considered to be local representatives who would facilitate in identification of corruption 7. same goes from crime against women and children - immediate action required - government to address this by recruiting on priority judges at district level and new courts - both which are deterring in giving justice within a specified time frame 8. Infrastructure Development has been very slow and has created the negative visibility factor. Government is still not been able to deliver on this front. Government needs to create an accountability system wherein if a project is delayed both the project director and the respective minister would be held accountable - results have to show more
