army is short of Weapons

Dear Sir,

Please note through some news channels I came to know that our armed forces are still short of several high grade weapons. Please make sure they are being provided modern weaponry so that they can face the challenge being given by terrorists or enemies.
Please do something so that they don't have to face challenge while confronting enemies.

Thanks with best regards. more

Also extremely depressing that frequent air crashes happening of IAF planes..this should be looked into on war footing..it will hamper morale of our armed forces and also loss of precious valuable lives need to be averted asap more
Sri Pankaj Bansal & Sri Jayakumar Danial , both are correct but , it is inevitable to fast address this issue since the concluded issue of Improving Defence Sector also need coordination of Opposition Leaders in the Parliament houses to match the needed Economic development provisions to cater indigenous Defence Sector . The Sharing of sri Jayakumar Danial ONCE AGAIN PROVE THE ROOT CAUSE OF ABSOLUTE FAILURE OF LAW & ORDER IN INDIA ::::: as well as FAILURE OF TIMELY JUSTICE AWARDS :::::: . This only made India to Import more and more weapons while the allowed anti national forces of MAOISTS AND NAXALITES etc., Terror Teams DILUTED THE RESCUE OF HOME i.e., the Safety and Security within the country . more
No doubt our armed forces are short of weapons given the present security situation and the borders . One consolation no problem from the Bangla desh side. We do need more weapons to defend ourselves from the enemoes. But we are the worlds largest importers of weapons. How much more to import and loose foreign exchange reserves. High time we manufacture sophisticated weapons in the country . * India has done nuclear testing secretely way back in 1974 itself ; manufacturing weapons and war plannes indegenously is not a big challenge. * It will save the foreign exchange on one side and the huge commissions taken by the Indians, middle men , which jacks up the price by 20% more
