Are you still struggling to get good mobile network coverage?
The COVID-19 pandemic over the last 7 months has led to less in-person interactions and a multifold increase in interaction over mobile phone calls and video calls. Last year you had raised the issue of high levels of call drops and connectivity problems and the same was discussed and surveyed by LocalCircles followed by escalation to authorities.
However there seems little or no improvement in this area. We would like to seek your inputs on what are the kind of issues you are now facing. Once we understand all issues, we will escalate the same as feedback and survey on the subject. This time we will not just escalate to the Government but to the service providers as well. Also, with the Class Action Suit now available via CCPA, we will also evaluate if the Government is willing to take up the same as a suo moto case against some of the providers where charges are taken but service is deficient.

I use Vodafone and Airtel mobile service in addition to Airtel fibre for broadband. All these are excellent and customer complaints are attended within hours. more

In our area (R T NAgar Bangalore) - both airtel and BSNL have provided very good service during COVID Lockdown and after. JIO is also good but, very slow. more
