Are we going to have a rabies and dog bit epidemic

LocalCircles Manager and members are doing excellent work in sensitising the Government to take dog bite menace seriously and on the other hand we have officers like District Magistrate Noida who are promoting stray dog feeding.

What a disaster this is. Strict action is needed against this menace. We dont need DMs becoming puppets of the dog saviour community. One fine day when these dog feeders dont show up and pack of dogs are hungry they go after infants and small children playing in the neighbourhood.

We need to unite and act against this miss. more

Sterilise stray dogs judiciously, once the dog reproduces. Control dog population. Coexistance the key. Let dogs live out their lives. Removal of colony dogs counterproducive - augmenting colony guards dogs guard colony - reference: DM's letter above. Veterinary management necessary too. more
In our society, a lady feeds stray dogs inside the complex and gets Rs.500.00 per dog per month towards services from some NGO. These digs bark at night and disturb sleep. They attacked 5 persons, one President, one EB members and 3 children of maids.
While outside, they chase road users. more
Don’t worry dear Any animal bite can lead to a rabies. So don’t target stray dogs try to be friendly with them rather than consider them as Google. The quality will be on your part why you are such behaviour. Rabies or any infection can be due to bite by snake, bite by cat, bite by any animal in the society. yes, nowadays this craze for being labelled a pet lover is causing issues which they seem to ignore. In the name of feeding stray dogs they cause hardships for two wheeler riders and pedestrians , small children are being terrorised by these dogs . if they want they should build shelters for such dogs and not feed them in front of their home on the roads. more
