It is for Bisleri to file a case in court of law against all these manufacturers. Otherwise consumer forum should be filing cases of cheating against theses manufacturers.
Such fake product are sold at railway platforms and State Transport Bus stations and places which are short stop for travelers. Most of the time corrupt officials are also involved. more  
Thanks for the involvement in Connected Consumer Ashima ji . Atleast the few who read this will be conscientized to discreetly Scan the labels thoroughly to know what is being sold to the consumer for the hard earned , tax paid Money . Kindly keepit up.

You can also check if the other 3 have the Spurios ones have the ISI and fssai Licence numbers as shown in th attachment . There may be more to view this resource post , if it isn't a big botheration you can even share that for the readers. more  
On going through the attachment it is understood that how the packaged water companies are exploiting the customers. The name should be Registered under trade mark and (R) printed over the name. more
