It s known that haryana government has setup a body to address home-buyers issues/disputes with the builders/developers in Gurgaon. Can anyone share the process to approach them? I could not locate any official website of office so far to contact them

The admin has set up the Gurgaon Arbitration Council (GAC) that will work in close association with REDCO Haryana (Real Estate Development Council Services) in order to resolve various issues related to delayed possession, fraudulent practices and property disputes in the least amount of time. Both the governmental bodies will take up grievances posted on the website and resolve them asap. “Through the website, affected parties will be able to contact the council, which will provide a solution through an arbitrator. A number of real estate projects were launched in the last decade and, with every passing day, new projects are coming up. But these have not been completed and have resulted in an array of disputes,” says deputy commissioner T L Satyaprakash. more
