Airline Baggage theft damage and delay

A month or two back the Hindu newspaper had reported the LocalCircles survey on plight of travellers with airline baggage handling. On google of baggage survey LocalCircles I found the circle report

My question is after this is established that airlines arent doing this properly why has the aviation minister or secretary of India not taken airlines to task.

This is highly ineffective governance and the LC CEO must call upon the minister and ask some tough questions?

It he doesnt respond all members of the circle should do that. It’s important that these mantris and babus act on our issues. Just sitting on issues then why are they in power more

I ave never experienced any instance of theft ... only once of damage in 70 years and delay is often understandable. Dont you often face deay in cookin at ome and eatin food? more
