Step by step opening shall be better. As now all the hotstops has been established so movement in the municipal limits must have to be initiated so that we - the commoners as well as the govt machinery - shall get some relief. After a week intercity and then there after interstate transportation be allowed. There is a big question of controlling migrate works, if we can't pursue them then its best to arrange transportation for them. more
