My mother's hearing aid had some issues. We went to this shop which is now putting ads for FREE HEARING CHECK UP -Audiometry and consultation etc. Leaving aside our problem( suggesting it will need to be sent for cleaning etc) stressed on getting other ear tested for a new machine as we said how can the existing machine be sent away for more than a week the suggested time. The man started.His test methodology appeared clumsy . He answered affirmatively when I enquired from him whether he was the doctor .After more than half a hour third man dropped in assertively. The other two got up gave him his chair. I realized the real Doctor was probably this man. He took some feedback from his people and rattled what he had to say.Did not make much sense to us.His conduct was arrogant and brash.It was not a pleasant experience. One would no't explain things to even a villager these days like he dealt with us. We excused ourselves.
As we went up the stairs( shop is at basement) the earlier person came up and demanded money for audiometry and we had to pay Rs 500 . And what we got in return nothing but wasted our money,time and energy

What irked me most was his discourteous brash and insolent behavior. His assistant lied about his credentials. And charged for without giving any service. Now there are performance issues too. Do not know how public would take cognizance of this in their interest more

I have a Similar Experience with this person. Bought the costliest Hearing Aid for my mother and Now when started using giving Trouble. more

I did not ask for a receipt.The local ad( pamplet in newspaper) has come out in recent days after I had shown my mother more
