A defective fridge

I picked up a side by side fridge on April 9th.I have been having issues since the day I bought the fridge. I have given repeated complaints, but in vain.
My frost free compartments are loaded with dice. the other side is constantly having water-yet am told its alright--the temperature inside and outside matches
An external fridge mechanic has told me there s an issue. I dare nor repair it as itsin the one year warranty.
Please help me know what i should do

Usually refrigerators come with 2 years warranty for body and 5 years warranty for compressor. It is quite unusual that a high end fridge comes with 1 year warranty. You are short on time and dealer is fooling you. Please follow as advised by M/s Ranjit Biswas and Bholanath Das. Do it on priority basis. Good Luck. more  
The fact that the fridge had a warranty period of one year only was itself an indication regarding its quality/worthiness and one should have become alert in picking up such a product. Since you have already become a prey thereof, you may now create adequate documentary evidences regarding its defects and your service requests to the supplier as well as manufacturer pointing out the defects, if your fridge carries manufacturer's warranty, you may require to knock the doors of the Consumer Court to get your grievances addressed. more  
PREMILAJI,please get guidance from the NATIONAL HELP LINE FOR THE CONSUMERS 1600 11 4000.Meanwhile file a G D with the Local POLICE STATION.Then send the acknowledged copy to the MD of RELIANCE ,Retail.We are sure ,this cheating company RELIANCE retail make a replacement of your defective FRIDGE.You also may post your experience with the Reliance on the leading newspapers...With kind regards..BN DAS,KOLKATA more  
Within the warranty period the manufacturer is obliged to come and have a look at the unit. There was no need for you to consult any other party for assistance or help or consultation..... more  
As every one else suggested a strong worded letter to Customer Care Service would definitely help. Writing to Customer Care Service Centre has helped while dealing with my car where clutch plates got burnt after 5000km drive or IFB washing machine and land line telephone and Internet connections.
