No, this is not fair with parents that schools hike 10% in fee of their kids. Please go thru below logic:-10% hike on previous year collection is very huge amount in front of 10%hike in salary of staff and admin plus all expenses. Normally expenses of the year follow equally % age on collection of the previous year just due to fictitious entries by management.About the 10% of hike of staff salary, this is not the average hike actually it come out 5% to 6% for every School.If we go with fair with hike fee for school admin and for Parents, 3% to 4% fee hike can beet above all demands of the schools as they have to maintain Salary Hike & dev. exp. plus Profit/Margin 10%. more

the 9% saying yes to fees hike must be the owners, staff of schools. if fees is hiked then they can get hike in pay( or schools show hike in pay but do not actually pay) also save on taxes by showing more expenses. more
