The banks should identify accounts with only cash transactions of reasonably heavy amounts and report to the RBI. The IT department should call for full details of such transactions from the account holders concerned. more  

1. 24 lakhs 500&1000 notes caught while in transport from VJA to Eluru [65 Kms.] for Exchanging there. 2. In 3 days in A.P. State , 6500 Crores worth 2000 notes were deposited in Banks by public those Exchanged with 500 & 1000 Notes . The Cash Turnover is in such way both white , Black , and of the Daily Market discounting the 500 & 1000 notes . This will go on unless there is a stipulation that every exchange shall need a Bank Account or Postal Account and these Accounts can be either with on Rs.100/- or Zero Balance . more  
Modiji please use the corrupt money in nations account for defence purchase,infrastructure building,reducing tax burdens,make this unaccounted amount legal n ask d people burning or dumping notes to donate generously without d fear of being caught.thiswill help fill the banks in India with full money like d temple of Kerala in Trivandrum. more
