Even if some RWA is formed it is still not having the powers as Powers are given to the builders which needs to be checked immediately for the welfare of residents of Indirapuram Ghaziabad. Nigam ji. it is OK that RWA will be formed but than what next? It will fall in hands of Netagiri. People's participation can not be purchased. It has to come from inside. I (69 years old person) collect garrbage from around my residence and minutes after on other bunch of trash is thrown by passer by . If you say some thing to him/them their reply happens to be " yeh tere bap ki jamin hai". please evolve/ or suggest some remedy to this type of attitude of people who are necessarily not the resident of that particular street/locallity M:9911103131 more
