I am using the broadband services of BSNL since last 15 years. The line often get disrupted on one or other excuse. A few months back there was no services continuously for 11 days stating that the underline cable were cut while digging. However, the service providers recovered full months charges despite requesting to reover charges on pro-rata basis. The speed is also very slow taking undue long time in completing tasks. more
It is highlighted time and again the poor speed internet connection. But no action from government inspite of flagging off this issue. With the work from home status is order of the day, people finding it very difficult to cope up with the situation. May be people are tired and used to live/work with. more
no access at home except Airtel and that too with lot of buffering. Reception is better near our doorway or outside the flats. more
Speeds are low and they vary from time to time. more
Bloated billing is the only job these internet companies know. Time to streamline these companies or even brought under the Government at the centre more
