can any member of local circles forum can guide what action can be taken against the management/contractor of a reliance communication tower installed on one of the residential building near my house in DLF Phase -1. The tower is not only a major health hazard but it has also been making lot of noise due to some fault in its machinery.I have reported this to DLF management as well as to the owner of this building but both of them have done nothing.Owner of the building does not live in this building and says he has told to reliance office and now its their responsibility to ractify the fault. Please advice what action can be taken in the above circumstances?

Hi, Mr Kapoor Your query for removal of reliance mobile tower nearby your residence you can complaint in SDM Office, Gurgaon or You Can File court case in civil court to remove the said illegal installed mobile tower which is unauthorised in residential area if it is. A group of people can go to MCG and demand removal of tower. Radiation from these towers increases the risk of cancer many fold and shd not be allowed in any residential area. U will have to create noise as a group. more
