Hello Mr KS Gupta, Good to see you on local circle. With your wide experience, can you share how a parent can get back their admission fees paid in faridabad school when the admission in primary classes has been withdrawn before the session started. Case is filed but lingering in CDRF. Consumer court (CDRF) is not able to give justice since last 2 years and now came to know that as per supreme court order Schools are not providing any services hence does not come under CDRF jurisdiction. more
