Municipal Corporation of Faridabad has spent lot of money on creating their website. A provision has been made to enable citizens to lodge their grievances. To me the site looks to be a defunct site as no one seems to be attending to the complaints lodged on the website. It is seen that even emails are not responded. What is the use of creating IT enabled services when the officials are not sensitized. It makes us to feel that before any investment is incurred on huge infrastructure, there should be training of the personnel including their morality towards the citizens \. I plan to initiate a communication with Commissioner, MCF. I therefore invite views of the residents of Faridabad on the subject.

I am fully in agreement with the veiws of Sh S K Vermani Ji. Nothing moves in the administration of Faridabad. Our roads are in very bad condition in every sector of faridabad.There is not a single officer who looks into the greivences of people, they are just dummy's. and only know when to make hey while the sun shines. Administration is strong ,& work in a planned way , the same staff can work effectively , Shifting tall staff members is not the only solution . It can be improved with strong Leadership . more

We know that nothing moves in Faridabad . The only solution is to take over MCF for every work and it needs replanting of drainage, sewer , roads , garbage removal , footpath for pedestrians, cleaning in general and think of beautifying the city. You can not expect outfit staff to work specially MCF more
