In my train journey on the night of the 30th April, 2015 I was allotted only an upper berth in spite of making a specific request as a Senior Citizen (Age:71 years) for lower berth. I had to undergo a lot of hardship because I suffer from the problem of high frequency of urination at night and had to climb up and down the upper berth several times during the night. more

This should be taken care of as a priority.Sr.citizen, unless opted ,must be provided lower berths only. more

Very unfriendly system, A number of times they allot side upper berth, which is worst. Sometimes both upper berths to a senior couple. You are left to travel at the mercy of TTE or on co passengers. Else you suffer. more

Availability of berth chart must shown before booking and after giving our preference and accepting the berth position only payment must be made. more
