the reason why we are still suffering is because we were always divided on the basis of castes and geography...Ideally once the nation was formed ,it should have been one nation in all respects.. Political parties are exploiting the caste divide and our poeple are fools who follow them on the basis of caste and geopraphy more  

The Governments earlier taken away the Shares of Female Family Holdings through land Ceiling and now , out of the left-out balances, again directing to allot property Shares to Female without giving back the Ceiling lands at present market rates. more  

Yes sir, if the facts of above Post thoroughly observed, a clarity in Uniformity & Equality could be arrived . 1. The legislature is all powerful to positively carry the interests and the concept of the Constitution to maintain Equality addressing the economically needed. Only Political interests directed to dilution. 2. The Cast or religion or creed oriented formulations shall be discarded bringing in Uniform Civil Code for all. 3. It is really pity to note that a Female Spouse is recognized to award Divorce decree on the context of her husband converted to other Religion whether Christian or Islam or Parsi. Where as his Economic benefits etc., under Cast etc., Reservations are still carried to befit him . How can there be a Justice in such carry OR , in such award of Divorce . 4. It is also an act of diluting Hindu Customs and Systems of a Marriage ; Family ; to implement an Act allowing a Female & a Male to jointly live and lead for some or any time without any Hindu marriage link but applying all the rights and Economical responsibilities on the Male , Female , their Children of got and even the amenities of divorce under Hinduism. What is the purpose or the objection to implement and enforce the Uniform Civil Code applicable to all Citizen ? And, is it not the duty of the empowered government to be cautious while concluding an issue pertinent to the whole Nation or the whole Indian Hindu population ? 5. Even now , in honor of our Constitutional provisions , there is a need to call for public opinion on such of these [ A ] Reserving a Share in Ancestral & Joint Property to Female Children by in India . [ ii ] Whether Cast-wise / religion-wise / weaker section-wise Reservations , Concessions and Benefits be carried arresting Equality OR Economy Status Reservations and benefits to all Poor to be enforced as per the Equality of law of Constitution. [ iii ] Whether to Allow a Female & a Male persons Jointly live and lead without marrying each other . [ iv ] Whether Uniform Civil Code shall be applied to all Citizen or division wise reserved laws. more
