At work place we all depend on peon for cleaning our table and chair and if he is late or absent all of us go to in charge and say we can't sit as no dusting is there.its not good it affects customer service where public dealing is there like Bank,Lic extra.
why not we our self clean our table,chair and PC as we do at our home and start working timely.its our mentality to keep our personnel things clean and official things dirty which is used by us and that is also harming us as having germs in them

hum soche hum kaha hai.Goverment office,banks va other Govt undetaking offices mai to "kaam roko abhiyan" pradarshan va Netagiri tak ho jati hai is baat pe.Officer incharge ko public va karmchari dono ko face to karna hi hota hai va kabhi baat badne se rokna ho to khud saaf karni hoti hai.

I just noted that you are retired. I find taht retired persons are the best people to serve society. Since they have experience, have seen the world, and have all the time available. Up to 70 years a person is quite healthy to work for society. Shall we start a circle of Retired persons wiling to work for society, giving full time. ???? ( I am also retired engineer 65 yrs.) more

You are right. You show a good example to others when you do it. I as an engineer cleaned plant myself, when people think it is not necessary. If people cant do it, at least they should not ridicule those who do it. I am with you. My post was in larger sence that people should take more interest in chosing their representatives. and rather person of their choice should be nominated. more

Gupta sir I mean to say by chance peon is late or in emergency he is not able to come.he is also human being.that time staff go for such type of nu sense.So it is not meant that peon should not work properly. I was Branch Manager and in that type of situation I go for dusting then some staff was laughing at me but some come forward to clean there tables. Sir any type of administration procedure is not able to solve this type of problem.you can not press them by threatening of giving memo etc or by informing higher authority because it is your failure. and main thing is your customer is also suffering and shouting also,they mai call ypou Higher Authority. more
