our judiciary system is so slow that it takes ages to get any decision and that is the reason people want to go to court and knowing that it is going to take time and till that time they can get bail and live a luxurious life as if nothing has happened and they keep telling that nothing is proved more
Our Judiciary is very kind to criminals. It is feeding the rapists of Nirbhaya at our expense. Undoubtedly it is the lethargy of our judicial system that has led to the increase in the rate of extremely cruel crimes against women. Delayed judicial process encourages criminals to become bold. I would suggest a time bound process where the rapists should receive their punishments within one month of conviction. more
This pathetic situation of insufficient, inadequate Judiciary created and continued by Congress since '75 as is evident from SC Judicial Order issued .. (1987) 4 SCC 609 the neglect of which even failed Policing leading increase in CRIMINAL ATTITUDE while the Modern way of essed method of Life Lead opting Pub and Event culture adding AIR TO THE FIRE. more
Yes we need to see globally what other countries have done to safeguard their citizens especially women and try to improve them with respect to our specific requirements more
we have very good laws for the benefit if the women. What is required id fast and proper implementation . Reducing delay in justice will reduce the crimes. Fill the vacancies in judge posts at various levels for speedy justice. This will help women safety because fear of punishment will resolve many issues. more
