Central Govt passes ordinance to award death penalty for Child Rape
We are pleased to share that within 24 hours of committing to the Supreme Court the Central Government has passed the ordinance to make death penalty the punishment for Child Rape.
This is an unprecedented move and something we greatly appreciate. It was only a month back that we met the Minister of Women and Child Development and other stakeholders. Thank you all who supported the petition, this is a great achievement.
We will now shift our focus on ensuring that POCSO is also amended to deliver justice fast, FIRs are registered without delays, judges are available in POCSO courts and above all more and more awareness is created about it across all sections of the society.

Crimes are still happening ma’am. Awareness of law not there. Something must be done more

For every object oriented Law, curbing the inspiring and instigating means becomes a must. This is lapsing. Sex Exposures, Sex incite is rampant in TV Channel displays and the Net amidst the provocative uncontrolled Wine/Liquor.
Changes in the Life-lead diluting Conjugal binding for Sexual intercourse is becoming a legitimate tendency towards the upheld 'Sexual intercourse is the natural physical exercise of human body' which had been recognized by Law. IT IS NECESSARY TO THINK WHETHER THE 'SAFETY' OF 'SOCIETY' OR THE ENJOYMENT OF 'LEGAL RIGHT' is preferential under the concluded Constitution please. more

10 more Child Rapes found yesterday while the Ordinance is in process . THIS MEANS , SOME RAPES ARE NOT NATURALLY HAPPENED . Need to think deeply by our Intelligence Forces . more

Considering that 80% of rapists are not even caught, and convictions are 40%, why is Center "busily" pushing paper. Work on prevention, instead of sitting in AC offices. more

As always I have been stating that a collective approach will only solve matters otherwise they do not have any effects on these ears and minds of politicians.We should all gather strength and directly approach to the departments.You will see the action being initiated soon. more
