I have made several calls to customer care from 10th morning to Tuesday night they said they will arrange a call in 15 mins which never came they are cheating customers by giving huge discounts and offers and taking customers for a ride without having proper vehicles taking more bookings and cancel them or force customer to small vehicle as per their availability
When we have paid full amount in advance in out of station for the services which was promised was not delivered by their negligence and careless nature
When we cancel booking less than 24 hrs Zoom cars refund only 50% of the booking amount, and No refund will be made if we modify or within 24 hrs of booking start or end and all one side policies
I have seen many complaints against Zoom car in social networking sites and YouTube request the consumer forum and the Government to take strict action and pay heavy penalty on these companies who cheat their customers and take them for granted
