I would like you attract your kind attention towards the dispute with the AAKASH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED PREET VIHAR DELHI for refunding the registration fee deposited on 18 December 2022 for the commencement session 2023-2024 regarding 12th NEET. Due to some circumstances of my family problems my ward before three months informed with request to the authority of the AAKASH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED PREET VIHAR DELHI to not pursuing the coaching classes from April 2023. So my ward requested to refund the deposited earlier fee amount Rs. 9999/- . I also requested to the authority of the AAKASH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED PREET VIHAR DELHI for the same. But there is no response from their side regarding refund the money. You are requested kindly take necessary action to make the authority of the AAKASH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED PREET VIHAR DELHI to refund the deposited money.       The student didn't get any benefit or advantage from AAKASH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES LIMITED PREET VIHAR DELHI and intimated the not to participating in coaching classes before three months starting of the same. The registration fee is big amount Rs.10000/-. The big amount can not be lapse in any circumstances.The student didn't make any lose of the same institute he informed before three months starting the coaching classes then why the student can get his refund. So please think about justice in this regard. Thanks for being kindful. more

      What i understood from your letter that you didnot want to continue with AAkash academy and want the refund. Is there any clause re refund in the prospectus or any form which you have signed. Normally these are contractual issues where after certain time refund may not be possible if they have informed you about this or not pl check. more
