www.goibobo.com is CHEATING passengers
2) Later I have requested for reroute to Kochi - Jakarta on 29th June 2019
3) www.goibobo.com requested Rs.9199 towards reroute fee which I transferred immediately
4) Next day, www.goibobo.com informed me that rerouting is not permitted by Malindo, hence only rescheduling is possible and the ticket was again moved to Trivandrum - Jakarta
5) I have requested to refund Rs.9199 which was charged for rerouting, but www.goibobo.com refused to refund
6) The fare between Trivandrum - Jakarta remained same Rs.22,000 on both the dates in www.goibobo.com site as well as Malindo air site, still www.goibobo.com cheated me for Rs.9199.
Hope someone would guide me on how to get my refund and avoid www.goibobo.com cheating more passengers!
