UNETHICAL DECEPTIVITY TO THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS!

It is sole deceptivity by so called professionally managed TATA Group Enterprise- TATASKY. It should be reported to Consumer complaint addressals as this is Breach of understanding as charges are being always recovered from customers against selected package of channels. TATASKY should reimburse refund of corresponding elements due to not broadcasting SONY and AAJTAK channels along with interest and immediately credit the same in to customer accounts. I also invite immediate attentions of Mr. Ratan TATA as he always pose to be professional from a high standard organisation and ask him does he agree with such unethical practices adopted by TATASKY!! Will he answer to all subscribers of TATA-SKy????? SUCH PRACTICES OF CHEATING CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO BOOKS WITH PENALISATION AND COMPENSATION TO LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE.
On 20-10-2018 between 9 PM to 10 PM Tata Sky telecast of News Channels was extremely poor with distorted sound and picture but all the time demanding subscription for a channel which was already subscribed. more

Yes they are unethical. Suddenly they have stopped airing India Today news channel although mine is an yearly package. They say if you want to continue the free airing of the channel give a missed call or send an SMS. Why should we do this...Don’t they know what we have paid for...And their Customer care is no longer a toll free no. Every time we access to it by the time we are asked to press so many no’s to talk to their executive almost 5 minutes gets over. We are made to pay phone charges unnecessarily. The customer care executive should pick up the phone as soon as we give a ring and since the calls are charged they should finish the service demanded at the earliest. more

It is true that Tatasky have just stopped caring for the customers. They have been stipulating charges for the package as per their sweet will ignoring the promises made at the time of initial subscription And exploit the customer they introduce new package at an additional price. The incentives for a comprehensive package are just made worthless by offering some outraged programmes. E.g. in the package of 'show case's films, the film's offered are almost unheard / non-popular / outdated. There is a dire need for a comprehensive regulation to curb this exploitation of customers. more

After using TataSky for 10 years, I choose to abandon it. more

My 82 year old mother gave up recharging Tata Sky too. They took away her recorder and wanted her to pay for an HD recorder when she bought a smart TV. more
