Transparency into the issues faced by Automobile users

Consumers are not able to submit their complaints to Government. Existing regulatory and media network does not support reporting malpractices of automobile companies and issues faced by consumers. Complaint pages keep getting disappeared. Consumer never knows issues faced by others and is not informed enough to make right choice.
Ministry should start a portal along the line maintained National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) USA, where all complaints are systematically maintained, made visible to all. Administration of the portal should be biased for the consumer and work with the single objective of making the consumer heard.
Also Transparency in Reckoning Dates for commencement of Warranty for Vehicles supplied - Is it Date of Delivery of Car ?? or Invoice Date ? or Registration Date or Date of Booking of Car ?? Any Light can be thrown on these matters!!! Some serious issues are thesre in these areas. more

Auto companies do play with the customers on Service related issues / emission related matters and also Warranty - Guarantee related matters. Some serious issues need to be studied and resolved. The recent one is about Emission control related matters strongly taken by NGT (National Green Tribunal) on Volkswagen models.Any comments on these ?? more
