Thomson TV and customer care persons not interested to solve the issue withing Warranty period

I registered a complaint at about tv getting shock when we touch the body but they are some engineer for the first time they mentioned earthing problem in customer house (My house) but TV has only two pin plug so I asked them what I have to do after making complaint on NCH with docket number: 1195067 they send another Engineer. This engineer also find there is problem in the TV I will report to my prior authorities, but I asked in the same way happened the first engineer given fake report if get same fake report what should I do. He told me then you can call to your customer care I will tell to them. When I call to customer care of Thomson TV, The customer care person( shourabh) saying to second engineer there is problem in customer house not in the TV, I (me) do not understand the engineer find the problem in the TV but customer care person(shourabh) saying there is problem in customer house by sitting there before giving report by Engineer. and call recording between me, engineer and customer care saroubh
