Spam SMS in BSNL mobile number in spite of DND
Numerous complaints in all modes- phone,letter, email, tweet, FB post, online complaint to all levels even DOT, TRAI, PMO failed.
The same thing happens with other BSNL mobile numbers e.g 890....42924 (BSNL WB), 94336..85 (BSNL Calcutta Telephones)
BSNL doesn't take any proper steps to stop spam SMS.
Strangely, defying TRAI directive, BSNL doesnot accept UCC reporting through SMS at 1909 or through email !! Their operators are ignorant about basic things about DND or how to deal with UCC complaint.
