SBI is denying information related to my Loan Account on emails/calls, blocked my account and money.

SBI officials been behaving rude and arrogant since I took the home loan, making me run post to pillar to open a home loan account. Now, they blocked my home loan account without any information and they have been denying to provide me information on call/email. I have been writing emails, calling the AGM, grievance cell, customer care, with no success. The AGM is too arrogant to respond to my calls and he passes the message via others to ask me to visit the branch.

They blocked my access payment of 2.5 lakhs and not responding why. Instead, asking me to visit the branch.

This is an unacceptable behavior towards an Indian consumer and unacceptable act of ignoring complaints for 2 months. Their branch staff has insulted me and my parents and they have not responded to that complaint since Aug 21, 2018. SBI should take the accountability and respond to a frustrated customer instead of asking him to visit the branch over and over again.

Please spread the word against the arrogant SBI and help other Indian citizens suffering from such behavior.
