PROVIDING COMPENSATION BY AIRLINE COMPANIES ON CANCELATION/DELAY OF FLIGHTS.....
Fact is that the Airlines charge relatively huge amounts of money if passengers do the cancellation.
As against that, Airlines volunteer no assistance to passengers who, as a result of cancellation of flights by the Airlines are stranded at the airports.
It should be mandatory for the Airlines to voluntarily come up with this assistance because not every passenger is supposed to be aware of the DGCA regulations.
