Dear Sir / Madam ,
I sincerely want to bring your kind knowledge that last 26.10.19 i got a Samsung smart phone offer for one day's offer with certain minutes only .Once i started booking process , its directed to pay to Merchant " MAHADEV KIRANA "Paytm account , as i am a long time user of Paytm and had very strong trust on Paytm , I transferred Rs.2999/-( offered Price) from my Paytm wallet through my HSBC bank credit card to that Merchant Patym account & received Order id no / Transction Id no etc.
Now after long wait , when i brought this fraud transaction to Paytm Knowledge , Paytm owns no responsibility for such payment against a fake offer and thus the Paytm has become a medium of fraud.
Paytm must recover from the bank to which it credited the amount.

      Apart from Consumer you can lodge Criminal Complaint with "Cybercrime Cell" which initionally may be painful (Usually not accepted) but once the crime is registered, end results will be more fruitful, subject to the condition that you have to monitor the case. more

      Very strange dear that you are our buying mobile phone from Kirana store. Any way frauds can never be promoted. Paytm must own the responsibility as it is it’s duty to ensure that only verified and authenticated offers are displayed. You must approach consumers forum. Govt should also be apprised to ensure corrective legal action. more

      Try to take all suitable against the party & PayTM for fraudulent dealings & transactions, until they refund your amount back. more

      PayTM showing fake offers. I experienced many times. They won't have any offer but will show the advertisements in very big way. So I stopped believing in PayTM offers long back and stopped using PayTM. Instead using PhonePay and Google Pay more

      You can contact Paytm even customer care all mail Id's & contact numbers given fake mail bounced landline & mobile no one picked up. you will listen a tap repeat same words debited in credit card which was linked with Paytm

      I have a bussiness A/C with pay tm by which i get payment once customer scanned the QR code.2 month back in September'19 i received 3 payments from 3 different customers at 3 different times on same day.Normally pay tm transfers the said amount on next day to my bank A/c but out these 3 payments pay tm only transferred 2 payments.I called their customer service representative but of no use.so Wrote about 3 emails giving transaction id of these 3 payments but pay tm did not care to reply or credited the missing payment.After all this is a Chinese co. so wondered people get cheated n their complaints go to DEAF EARS more

      I have also suffered at the working of Paytm. I had paid Rs 162 on 23 September 2019 vide order No 9298774081 to recharge my Videocon d2h for my ID138881380, but due to oversight I mentioned my ID 13881380. This payment was declared successful, but as expected the amount was not credited towards recharge of my d2h connection. Thereafter on 26 Sep 2019, I made another transaction vide order No 93187044903 For Rs 162 to recharge my d2H connection. This Recharge was done. I raised the issue of first transaction with d2h and Paytm. D2h denied the receipt of the amount but Paytm did not give any reply. It is obvious that first transaction was not credited to wrong Ud and the amount ought to have been diverted back to Paytm but no action to trace the amount was taken by Paytm or to refund the unpaid amount to my pass book. more
