OYO rooms attracts the customers by providing low prices for hotels room booking. After that when the customers reach to the hotel, they are asked to pay higher amount than the booking amount because of the tariff issue. So a customer is left with nothing except paying the extra amount and if the customer denies to pay that extra amount then hotel doesn't allow to check-in and on the other hand OYO doesn't refund the amount giving different excuses. Example - OYO tells customers that they have refunded the amount and to contact bank for the same. Now the customer is left with nothing except crying because the bank won't credit the money until and unless any amount is credited to them . On the other hand OYO keeps on saying that they have refunded the amount. It is a new scam. Customers get frustrated because of this and forgets about it. Oyo has started this new scam and is making heavy amount illegally. I request every one to sign this petition because not today but one day you will also be victim of this at a certain point in life and you will be left with nothing except regretting.
Established credentials of OYO are going down the drain. Typical of India!!! more

All victims must file criminal complaint of fraud and wilful deceit on OYO Management. Once such cases are filed, they will have to wake-up. Criminal complaint are taken very seriously. Civil complaint are not taken seriously. Consumer court can also be approached for wilful deceit and harassment and huge amount must be claimed as compensation. Many victims can come together and file such complaints. more

then stop using OYO as a platform as simple as that and do not keep your expectations too high in bed n breakfast kind of arrangements at say within rs 1000 approx what can u expect ? more

It's not about poor or bad service. It's about losing money without getting any service as simple as that. I would donate that much amount of money to NGO than losing it to a fraud MNC OYO. more

I have lost money under similar scam by OYO. I request all victims to come forward and sue OYO as well as the participating hotel. Both of them are working in tandem to cheat the public. more
