Time share when sold to me by Sterling was explained as one time charge for next 30 years usage of their resorts with no further payments except a small facility charge as and when Time share is actually utilised for the actual no. of days.

Now Sterling also wants me to pay an Annual Amenities Charge every year for the amenities which are part of one-time payment already made at the time of original purchase by me.

This is an unfair trade practice as well as breach of agreement - almost like blackmail as I have no alternative or exit available.

A strict action is required to be taken against Sterling Resorts as well as penalties should be levied from them for harassing their bona-fide members.
