Issuance of Holding Numbers without any valid Cocuments.
Since the Tax payer of Holding Number 205/A is an existing customer of CMC since 1975 and she is the rightful owner of the alleged plot and house till now, the CMC has deleted the names of the original tax payer and her husband's name in the Note sheet and the Form for Assessment of Holding by inserting the name of a stranger without any valid documents over it for which the tax payer of Holding Number 1009/D/7 is creating unpleasant situation to harass the real owner.
Since the real owner is a regular tax payer and the CMC by fraudulent activities has issued a fraud holding number in the name of a person who has nothing over the plot or house. the consumer has her every right to claim compensations from the CMC for loss and mental with financial harassment by the CMC in spite of several complaints.
The consumer in this case shall be obliged if necessary early and appropriate steps is taken in the matter.
