Irresponsible work
The units were as follows
August-23
September-23
October-166
Nearly impossible change in units.
And unit charge is as follows
0-100=3.00 RS
101-300=6.73 RS
And I got 166 units which are impossible to get.It has never happened before.Highest reading since was 108 in may(usage of fan in summer).
There was difference of around 640 rupees from unit charge
He had collectively taken reading of 2 months with just probability and letter when checked in October has added 166 units to equalise reading units.
So total charge of units that should be 498 had become 1117.
Though my complaint has solved but I found in mseb office that same problem was with other 10-15 people and also with my neighbour,as I checked my neighbour's bill also.So, Irresponsibility of reading agency should be stopped.My 2½ hours were wasted.I think that no one should waste their time in office for same problem.I again tell that my problem is resolved but being responsible citizen it's my duty to underline the improper thing done by reading agency of mseb Narayangaon.
