HP/Amazon not honouring Warranty
This Printer was bought from Amazon vide Amazon.in Order # 405-8529844-8561155. It got defective during the Warranty Period. First I tried with HP, but in vain. Then complained to Amazon who has the obligation for the Warranty. They started giving me instructions one after another but everything failed. Then they promised to come with a solution within 6 days. After 10 days, they came with a promise of 3 days. When that too failed they started writing me letters with nice language half a dozen times doing nothing. Each time a new person comes in the picture and sending me practically 'Copy & paste ' letter.
It is frustrating and I don't know if at all I shall get the service. I have all records available with me.
I warn the buyers to be careful and not buy such HP items online. The other online service providers are still worse.
I expected Amazon would try to protect their reputation.
