Fraud Travel Agents/Companies to be penalized
I purchased a travel package for ~60000 Rs via my credit card from Wonderland Vacations India Pvt. Ltd. where-in they mentioned to give 7 days’ package every year at 4-star resorts for 5 years. Till date they have not given me any package whenever I ask for it and do not respond on their customer care number.
Deepak Kumar does not ever pick up the phone and when I sent him a message for returning my money back as they promised at the time of selling, they have stopped all communication with me.
They are a fraud company and cheating people of their hard-earned money. They should be penalized for taking law for granted.
