Hi All,
Myself Gopal Krishna Agrawal had booked my household goods from Ghaziabad (U.P.) to Hyderabad (Telangana) through Safe & Secure Cargo Movers, New Delhi (email - safesecurecargomovers@gmail.com, website- www.safesecurecargomovers.com, mobile numbers- 8814009485 and 8814814821).

My cargo was booked on 24/04/2019 vide GR No. 056 and they took my materials after packing.
As per my discussion with them the amount of Rs. 48500/- was finalized for whole delivery (households and car). Also, on the date of booking 24/04/2019, as the booking amount, I gave them Rs. 22000/- in advance and for remaining amount Rs. 26150/-, it was decided that i will pay at the time of households delivery (for reference attached is the Quotation copy of Rs. 48500/- received from them).

But, after one week from 3rd May 2019, which was the committed time for delivery, their team started to blackmail me to pay Rs. 15000/- in advance, if i need my car delivery. After multiple discussions as i was helpless and I was requiring my Car and Households to be delivered ASAP, I paid Rs. 15000/- in advance and then their team delivered my Car (in which Petrol of 1200 rupees was missing and i also needed to pay Rs. 600 to car delivery man).

But, I was still waiting for my households then their team made new bill of much higher amount of Rs. 64900/- on 5th May without my consent and sent to me over the WhatsApp and again started blackmailing me to pay Rs. 20000/- in advance if i need my house holds delivery. Again after multiple discussions as i was completely helpless and my family was in miserable condition without household goods, i again paid this amount of Rs. 20000/- (even though it was extra amount for me) and then after total payment of 57000/- (22000+15000+20000) which was already Rs. 8850/- extra from the initial finalized amount of Rs. 48500, their team delivered my households to me.
But even then 5 of my household goods (AC, Cooler with 2 iron stands, Cycle, Steel Chair and Picture) are not delivered to me and on calling to their customer care number "8814009485" staff is saying that these were missed to be delivered as these were in another go-down. Also, multiples of items those are delivered are in damaged condition for which i have already sent photos to them.

Now, their team has again started blackmailing me that if i need my remaining households i need to give Rs. 8000/- extra again.
Also amount against damage Rs. 10000/- is not being given to me.

Please help me and suggest what can i do -
1- To get my remaining households back without paying any extra money now.
2- To get my extra paid money, back which i needed to pay to them due to their blackmailing before car delivery and my households delivery.
3- To get the money against my damaged households.

I have all the paper proofs, photos of their staff and truck which had come for booking and delivery. Also the call recordings and WhatsApp chat, emails with them which happened with them. Attached is the email sent to them for reference.

I am an IT professional so due to busy work-life, police actions (and followups) will be bit difficult for me.
