I placed an order with Flipkart for supply of Stainless Coffee Percolator KIING KIINGM 247 paying Rs.1400. But, on 3 July 2020, they supplied another brand of hindalium make which may cost around Rs.700/-. But the bill is for KIING KIINGM SS Percolator, the contents of the parcel is different. Though I made complaints on 4 July, 7 July and 11 July, they did not respond. When I chatted with their executive on 15 July furnishing the links for having posted my complaint. he told that he will check and reply by 17 July. But no avail. Again I chatted on 22nd furnishing the screen shots of the complaints I posted, no use. In an another incident which I noticed here is someone has booked a mobile handset paying Rs. 61000+ but when he opened the parcel, he found JVC head phone. He has posted a video also. Thus, they are cheating the customers by sending some other items and plead that they have sent the ordered item. Like this, consumers, please be careful while placing orders on Flipkart.
