On 14 July 2020 I noticed an ad of bookmytab.com wherein most of the calling tablet models were displayed along with price. I placed order for Wizpad N20 10.1" display, 4G LTE, 4GB/128GB paying Rs.4299 thro my credit card. I received a order confirmation message on my mobile immediately. Thereafter no any information. On 22 July 2020 I received a parcel from courier. I found a Tablet SKU-138 9.7" display WiFi only in damaged condition. This parcel did not disclosed about the address of the sender. I dropped a message to the courier using their link to furnish me the sender details, no reply. When I opened the bookmytab.com web page, and tried to report, the links "contact us" or "customer service" were inoperative. On Telegram I tried to contact but everytime a robotic reply asking to furnish the Order No. But I have not received any order no. from the seller. On a guess, I put the Order No. furnished on the parcel, then it disclosed the email id support@bookmytab.com. I reported the issue on 24 July and asked for refund. No response. I again send requests twice telling them that I will go to court or police, again no response. I opened their account on facebook and noticed some contact numbers as customer service. I called one of them who asked me to furnish my credit card details since it is not available with them as the money paid has gone to PAYU MONEY. Then I furnished my card details, he began to swipe my card. When I received a SMS from my bank, I realised that this is fraud company. Immediately I got the card blocked. But by that time, they have swiped Rs. 15999 from 5 attempts. Police complaint etc. are next course. But, there is loss of Rs. 20298/- for me. When I asked why he has swiped my card, he told that refund will be made along with the swiped amount also. But he went on swiping my card. Nowadays, this type of web sites are sprouting. Beware of this kind fraud.
